Descripción del Tour:

On this tour, guests will have the chance to explore 2 distinct wineries, offering a unique perspective on production techniques.
The journey begins with a stroll through the vineyards and winery facilities, including the subterranean sections, all guided by a knowledgeable Oenologist. This expert will introduce us to the vineyards, production areas, and wine cellars.
At each winery, we'll indulge in an exquisite tasting of 3 to 5 premium wines. This experience includes a harmonized tasting with local cheeses and cold cuts.
Lunch is complemented by exceptional regional wines, allowing us to experience perfect pairings with traditional dishes. This meal includes three courses: starter, main course, and dessert. Each dish is paired with one or more wines that perfectly match the selected menu.
A must-try recommendation is the high-quality beef in Uruguay, generally prepared on a grill using embers from a wood fire, which imparts a delightful smoky flavor.
The robust Tannat is the ideal partner for Uruguayan meats, with its tannin structure complementing and enhancing the flavors of the meat. Desserts are beautifully paired with a late harvest, a dessert wine, or a sparkling demi-sec.
We will be visiting these wineries: Spinoglio and Pizzorno. One will host our tasting session, while the other will serve our lunch.
