At Bodega Garzón, you'll discover the Exclusive Restaurant led by the renowned Chef Francis Mallmann. After honing his skills and techniques in Nouvelle Cuisine during his early studies in France, he now owns several restaurants across various countries and hosts television shows. His unique Gastronomic style earned him the Grand Prix de l`Art de la Cuisine in 1995.
