Historic District On Foot

This exclusive tour commences at the designated time and prearranged location. These can be centrally located hotels, the Basilica, or Portón de Campo, where our journey starts. Throughout the tour, we'll explore historically significant sites in Colonia del Sacramento, including the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament, a key architectural landmark of the city; the Ruins of the Governors' House, and the Bastions and Bulwarks, which served as fortifications safeguarding the city during wartime.

Moreover, our visit will include the old citadel gate and the wall, the Street of Sighs—a charming cobblestone street rich in legends and perfect for photography—the city's Lighthouse, and the Ruins of the San Francisco Xavier Convent.

After approximately ninety minutes, we will conclude the tour and return to our starting point, the Portón de Campo.
